REQUISITES

The write up can be sent under the following category:
Part I – Articles:
·        Any topic relating to Legal Study or Humanity.
·        Minimum Length (3000-5000 words)
·        Abstract (250-300 words); Keywords (minimum  5)
Part II – Short Articles:
·        Any topic which advances an idea or initiates analytical discussion with regards to Law or Humanity.
·        Minimum Length (2500-3500 words)
·        Abstract (200 words); Keywords (minimum  3)
Part III – Book Review:
·        Any new/revised book launched relating to Legal Studies or Humanity
·        Minimum Length (1500 words)
Part IV – Case Review:
·        Any case related to any topic of law.


Guidelines:

1.     All submissions must be accompanied by a cover letter with the name(s) of the author(s), institution, affiliation, the title of the manuscript, address, Email-id and contact information.

2.     All Articles/ Short Articles must be accompanied by an Abstract.

3.     File should be drafted in the following format:
a.     Font Type: Times New Roman
b.     Font Size: 12 (Main Text); 10 (Foot Notes/End Notes)
c.      Spacing: 1.5 inch spacing (Main Text); 1 inch(Foot Notes/End Notes)

4.     The submissions should not exceed the prescribed word limit, excluding the Foot Notes/End Notes.

5.     Entries can be Co-authored. However, a maximum of 3 authors per entry is allowed.

6.     The AJLH only accepts electronic submissions which must be emailed to amityjlh@gmail.com with the subject heading ARTICLE_SUBMISSION/BOOK REVIEW_SUBMISSION as the case may be, bearing the name(s) of the author(s) as the file name. All submissions should be made in MS Word format (.doc) or (.docx) 2007.

7.     Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and can invite detrimental consequences.
